Journal:

Look at your script. Look at the other character. I want you to describe your relationship with the other character. If there are two other characters in the scene, select one for right now. Answer the following questions:

1.   How do you know this person? What is this person’s relationship to you?

2.   How long have you known this person?

3.   Remember the best moment you shared with this person – if there was one. If not, remember a time where you got along better than usual with this person.

4.   What was the worst time you had with this person? Why was it bad?

5.   Describe this person. Is s/he a good or bad person?  Is s/he smart? What is the best thing about her/him? Why?
-->
 6.   What is the worst thing about her/him? Why?

If you do not know the other character in the scene, then answer the following questions:

1.   How do you know or under what circumstances have you met this character?

2.    What are your first impressions of this character?

3.   Is this character interesting to you?  Why?

4.   Is this character annoying to you? Why?

5.   Do  you trust this person? Why or why not?

6.   Do you want to help this person? Why or why not?
