WEEKLY AGENDA FOR
PLAY PRODUCTION
WEEK OF JANUARY 11th - 15th

Monday, January 11th:
Today we need to have a production meeting to determine the following:

A crew of about three to design, create and print out about 350 tickets for DURANG, DURANG; $2 pre-sell; $3 at the door; 3:30 - 4:30 on Wednesday, January 20th and Thursday, January 21st.

We need to coordinate pre-show sales of the tickets. Tickets should be passed out to the class by Thursday and everyone MUST sell at least five tickets.

We will organize for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of next week (January 19th, 20th and 21st) lunch sales of the pre-show tickets.

Publicity Crew should write out announcements for the show to be read by Mr. Nacorda during the p.s.a.’s on Monday and Thursday of each week.

The publicity crew should copy and then distribute the fliers for the show this week.

We need someone(s) to gather the titles of the shows, the names of the directors, cast and crew to create a one sheet program. It must be designed, typed and copied and ready to go by Monday, January the 18th.

The directors need to meet and discuss music. An overall sound designer should design, choose (with input from the directors) internal music; pre-show and after show and interlude music, and create the c.d. and then either run sound her/himself or train someone to do it.

The costumers should help coordinate with the directors and the actors the costumes for the show.

Needless to say, all lines must be memorized and all blocking completed by directors this week!

Tuesday, January 12th:
All crews working on the show! No one not working!
Full rehearsals with props and costumes.
Check list to see what is missing!

Wednesday, January 13th:
Same

Thursday, January 14th:
Full run-through of all shows from start to end.
Props, costumes, music, lighting
