Pick
one person in group who is your bomb but do not tell that person s/he is your
bomb; now, choose someone who is your shield, but do not tell that person s/he
is your shield. When the director yells, “Bomb!” if the shield is not between
you and your bomb, then you are dead!
Next Warm-up: "Carnival" from The Theatre of the Oppressed
Actors stand in a circle. Someone steps into circle to introduce a sound and a movement; everyone imitates; another person enters from the circle to take over and introduce another sound and movement.

Cat and Mouse
Students pair up
Students decide which is the
cat and which is the mouse.
The cat chases the mouse. If
the cat eats the mouse then the cat becomes the mouse. The mouse can avoid the
cat if s/he links up with another pair. The person furthest away from the mouse
becomes a dog and chases the cat.
Statues:
Four students are on stage. One of the students is the sculptor who "sculpts" the other actors in various humorous sculpture like poses. When the "sculptor" is finished, the sculptures become alive and begin a scene based on the poses of their sculptures. They cannot move out of the poses.

As the actors read the scene,
the actors toss a ball back and forth. The ball encapsulates the idea or
objective or desire of the line. The actor throws the ball in the way that
expresses her/his objective.
